Another reason to think about changing some of your behavior is because by giving good to the world you will feel better. You'll feel better about yourself, your life, who you are and what you stand for. Doing good makes us feel better especially when the good we are doing makes a difference. We've already went over just how much of a difference it makes once you change the amount of negative reverberations that you send out into the world. Now no one is perfect. We are humans. No matter how we try we'll still mess up from time to time. We'll still on occasion send out a negative reverberation. However, once we are committed to the change it will be a whole lot less and that my friend will make a huge difference in our world!
When you do something nice for someone don't you both usually walk away smiling? It's like taking a happy pill. If you could take a happy pill with no ill effects you would right? Well you can! Just do something nice for someone. The minute you do something nice you are sending positive reverberations into the world! Now doesn't that make you feel good just knowing that?!
I'm not sure who started the random acts of kindness movement. Remember that? Oprah did a show about it once. I think if I recall she touched then on the way those kind acts reverberated into the world. I remember thinking then that that was a great show and a great cause. We should all practice random acts of kindness! Do it for the person, do it for yourself, do it for the world! But while you do that work on paying attention to those negative reverberations. We want to bring them to a minimum! Not to worry recognizing that you do it is half the battle! Once you recognize them it becomes harder to allow yourself to partake in such behavior.

Remember the movie, "Pay It Forward"....... another concept along these same lines
You have amazing ideas. Maybe give us specific examples, tasks to do to see if we can start the movement
I LOVED the movie Pay It Forward! Love your blog!!!!!
So man people have had almost nothing kind and selfless done for them. It's good to shock people in good ways.
And if you give good and the other is not accepting or is even negative in return, who really loses? They do. You have not been harmed, but they have lost an opportunity to grow and be happy.
Enjoying your blog. How wonderful the beauty within mirrors the beauty from without.
Have a great weekend!
Iris, Thank you for your very kind words! Yes "Pay it Forward" was a favorite of mine!
Now as for tasks. I will and I have! Right now the task at hand is actually to become aware of the negative actions that shoot negative reverberations into the world. This is a very cruical step and takes some time.
Kim, Thank you so much! I truly appreciate your support and your kind thoughts.
Father of Four, Well you are very sweet to say so! Yes you are so right there is nothing to lose and everything to gain! Thanks for adding your thoughts!
